POSTAGE & SHIPPING:

Australian postage is charged at Australia post rates and the weight of your order. We will always try to ship your order at the least expensive price.
International postage will be charged at Australia post rates for your region and the actual weight of your order.
Orders will be posted within 24 hours of receiving and an email sent when your parcel is on its way to you.

HOW TO ORDER:

We accept orders from around the world. All parcels are shipped via Australia Post and we charge in Australian Dollars. The Universal Currency Converter will give you an idea of the purchase price in your native currency.

The website is secure for you to place orders using the shopping cart function. As you navigate the website and find items that you wish to purchase you can add them to your cart with the click of a button. When you have finished shopping you can return to your cart using the Shopping Cart function on the top of the page.

There are several payment options when finalising your order. You may select to pay by PayPal, or by credit card entering your details. We process payments manually and will only charge for what we supply and postage as Australia Post charges. If the post charges are less than you paid for, the difference will be refunded to you. Orders will be posted once your payment has cleared our bank.

International customers, PayPal is the only option of payment.

If you wish to pay by another method you can enter your order and select to direct deposit, send a cheque or money order or provide your credit card details over the phone.

If you’d prefer not to use the website or are having difficulties we are happy to accept orders via the phone, mail or email. Include your details and we will ring you for credit card details if necessary.

Out of Stock

While we endeavour to keep our website up-to-date according to the availability of our products there may be times when the website allows you to order something that is temporarily out of stock. If this occurs we will contact you as soon as possible to suggest alternatives or arrange a refund.

Faulty Items and Returns

While we choose products of the highest quality and package carefully, sometimes items are damaged in transit.
If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged, please contact us immediately so that we can make prompt arrangements for a replacement or exchange.
Unfortuneatly we cannot refund cds, designs, books or patterns due to their nature. But we can replace these items once the faulty/damaged product is returned to us.

Privacy

Your privacy is important to us and we respect the need to keep your personal details safe and secure. Our checkout is located on a secure server and your personal details are used only for the purposes of processing your order. Your personal details will not be sold or exchanged and will not be disclosed unless required by law.
Credit card payments are processed by the Paypal secure site and your payment details are not provided to us.
